Founded in 1673, Oga Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture, with a history of over 300 years of sake production.
We use only the highest-quality sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki and Yume-ichikon, grown in Itoshima, Fukuoka.
The rice is steamed in traditional wooden steamers (koshiki), and koji is made by hand using traditional wooden trays (kojibuta).
Every spring and autumn, we hold sake brewery open-house events, which are beloved by the local community.
Our flagship brands are Tamadeizumi and Oga.
