Founded in 1968 (Showa 43),
Marushin began as a company manufacturing and selling
gift baskets for mushrooms.
Since our inception, we have adhered to ethical business principles,
growing hand in hand with our customers.
By identifying local challenges and needs,
all employees as a unit have consistently moved forward together.
For over half a century,
we have expanded our services from
packaging materials and sticker printing to offset printing,
promotional goods, recruitment support, and hygiene solutions.
Starting with packaging products,
we have worked to resolve the challenges faced by local businesses.
Marushin’s growth story
is a history of taking on challenges to “support” our customers.
Today,
as small and medium-sized enterprises face
shrinking domestic markets, IT disparities, and labor shortages,
many experience declining sales or closure.
In these times of rapid societal change,
we ponder how we can further assist our local clients.
We believe solving local issues requires
being closer to our customers, enhancing professionalism
and embracing new challenges to shape the future.
Guided by this mission,
we share the knowledge gained from our challenges with our clients,
facing obstacles together to create more appealing products.
By collaborating with local customers,
we strive to build a prosperous and vibrant community.
